In Every Generation by Kendare Blake is a young adult fantasy novel set in the world of Buffy the Vampire Slayer as a several years later sequel featuring the next generation of the Scooby gang. It features multiple points of view, including the newest slayer and some friends she makes along the way. It published on January 4th, 2022. I rated it four stars on Goodreads.
November was a really interesting month for me. I read a lot of books, but I also didn’t have nearly as much time for reading as I usually do as I started a course on becoming a teacher librarian. It’s really interesting, but with that on top of teaching full time, I didn’t get as much reading as I wanted to done. However, I’m still happy with what I read. Let’s jump into it.

It tells the story of Lady Katsa who is supposedly graced with killing. Katsa gets caught up into a greater conspiracy and has to go on a daring rescue. The graphic novel adaptation is set to be published on November 16th. I rated it four stars on Goodreads.
October wasn’t my best reading month. I enjoyed a lot of what I read, but I wanted to read more spooky books. It just didn’t seem to work out for me too well. I also got a good collection of really exciting books in this month. I’ve already read a few and I’m really excited about them.

September wasn’t my best reading month because I headed back to work and that was an adjustment scheduling wise. I’ve been feeling a little bit slumpy as well and it’s been making me procrastinate on reading instead of really diving into books.
