I can’t believe we’ve come to the end of 2021. It’s been one heck of a year on a personal level and on a world level. December has been kind to me. I turned thirty and I got engaged. I spent quality time with friends and family, and I read some pretty good books. I also got some pretty good books as gifts and pre-orders.
Ashley’s November Book Haul and Wrap Up
November was a really interesting month for me. I read a lot of books, but I also didn’t have nearly as much time for reading as I usually do as I started a course on becoming a teacher librarian. It’s really interesting, but with that on top of teaching full time, I didn’t get as much reading as I wanted to done. However, I’m still happy with what I read. Let’s jump into it.
Ashley’s October Haul and Wrap Up
October wasn’t my best reading month. I enjoyed a lot of what I read, but I wanted to read more spooky books. It just didn’t seem to work out for me too well. I also got a good collection of really exciting books in this month. I’ve already read a few and I’m really excited about them.
Ashley’s August Haul and Wrap Up
August was off to a really good start for reading! I read a lot of really, really good reads and I’m very glad about it. Ultimately, I ended up reading 18 books this month. Let’s just jump into it. You’ll find it all below the cut.
Ashley’s July Haul and Wrap Up
In July I read 23 books. I felt a little bit slumpy this month, but it’s still a pretty good amount of books read. I read some pretty good books too so I can’t complain. You’ll find everything I read and hauled this month below the cut.
Ashley’s June Haul and Wrap Up
June didn’t have a good feeling reading month wise for me. I read a good amount of books, but I just felt a lot less productive reading wise than I usually do. It was also end of the school year wrap up time so that added a bit of stress to the plate and made it so I had less time to read than usual. There was a lot that piled up this month on my to do list.
Ashley’s May Haul and Wrap Up
May has been a pretty good reading month. I read a bunch of different things and loved almost all of them. There were definitely a few things that I didn’t really love, but I’m still glad that I read them. I also picked up some good books that I’m definitely excited about reading. You’ll find it all below the cut.
Ashley’s March Wrap Up and Haul
March was a good month. I ended up reading a bunch and I enjoyed almost all of the things that I read. I picked up some exciting books and I’m feeling really good about how things went!
Ashley’s February Haul and Wrap Up
February was an unexpectedly good reading month for me. I ended up reading 32 books, which is amazing considering it’s more than there are days in the month. I’m really impressed with myself, especially since I hit my goal of 50 books minimum this year. I also picked up some really exciting books this month. You’ll find them all below the cut!
Ashley’s January Haul and Wrap Up
January marked the start of a brand new reading year. I’m excited for a fresh start and to read some really good books. I’m hoping to be able to tick more books off of my physical TBR, so I’ve joined a TBR challenge through bookstagram. Five of the books I read this month are from that.
