December was also a busy month, and I think by this time I was feeling a little burnt out from the year. My course was all wrapped up at the start of the month. Then I celebrated my birthday and it was Christmas and my family was visiting. I didn’t get as muhc reading done as I wanted but I read some good stuff anyways. Let’s just dive into it!

I will fully admit that I am incredibly behind on all of my blog stuff but I am here to finally catch up. First on the docket is my November haul and wrap up. November was a busy month for me because it was report card time and I was also taking a course which really took up a lot of my extra time. So let’s just get into it.
Ashley’s October 2022 Haul and Wrap Up
October was a really good reading month. I read more than I thought I would get to, and the overall quality of the things that I read was really great. I enjoyed reading some spooky things for October. It felt very seasonally appropriate. It was also an exciting month for book buying because I ended up doing a Book Outlet order and treated myself a little bit.

September was a hectic month, but it always is when you consider that it’s back to school for me as a teacher. However, I also was taking a course, which was wrapping up, and then I started another one, which overlapped with that first one. It makes for a busy time of year. Fortunately, I was still able to get some reading in. I also picked up some books that I am very excited about.

August wasn’t my best reading month. I did read some interesting books, but I felt like I was in a bit of a reading slump for a good part of the month. It couldn’t be helped. July has been a pretty mellow month. I’ve been able to do a lot of relaxing, which was really nice after the hectic nature of the school year. I have been taking an online course so I haven’t done as much reading as I wanted, but I have managed to read quite a few books, which is nice nonetheless. I also got to read some fun books! June was a busy and hectic month. I read a lot of things and did a lot of things. Most of what I read were graphic novels, which are typically fast reads for me.
