February is always an interesting month. It was a very strange month natural event wise. We had a bunch of snow here, which led to snow days and not fun teaching circumstances. We also had an actual earthquake. There was also a power outage one day. On the whole, it was a hectic month. But on the plus side, it was a fun month. I did a reading retreat with friends, and read a new all time favourite book.

I love a fresh start to a reading year. It’s fun to look at the potential and see what books it might bring. Outside of all that potential, January was pretty stressful and busy as I was wrapping up a semester. However, I did successfully make it through.

March was an excellent reading month for me. I had two weeks off for Spring Break, so I really made the best possible use of my time and read so much while I was off work.
