June marks us being pretty much halfway through the year, and boy has it been a weird one. However, there are still books coming out and books that I’m definitely interested in. So below the cut you will find the June releases I’m most interested in.
- My Calamity Jane by Cynthia Hand, Brodi Ashton, Jodi Meadows – June 2nd
I have to admit that I wasn’t super interested in this one, but then in April I read My Plain Jane and really loved it. I like the way these authors take a familiar story and make it something unique and different. I’m definitely going to have to go back and read the first one in the collection, but I also really want to check this story out when it gets published.
- You’re Next by Kylie Schachte – June 23rd
I cam across this one while scrolling NetGalley, and while I didn’t request it, I was definitely interested in the premise. It sounds mysterious, and I like the general premise of it. It’s not high on my list, but I definitely think it could be a fun read.
- I Killed Zoe Spanos by Kit Frick – June 30th
This book sounds so interesting! It seems like a really fascinating premise. I haven’t read anything else by Kit Frick, but I keep seeing this particular title on bookstagram and booktube, and I definitely want to read it.
What books are you looking forward to in June? Let me know in the comments below.
