This past month’s OwlCrate was pretty great. I had heard nothing about the book, but the collection of items in the box was really great!

Both of these items were neat. I always love the idea of a pair of socks but it always seems like an odd item to include. People of all different foot sizes order subscription boxes. The socks usually fit my feet but are uncomfortable on my legs so it’s kind of unfortunate to do a one size only type item in a box. However, I loved the pin banner! Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit is not my biggest fandom but it was kind of a cool idea. I’m looking forward to finding a good place to display it.

- Seer Candle (Children of Blood and Bone) by A Court of Candles
- Pocket Mirror with Secret Storage (Nevernight) by Team OwlCrate
The mug was one of my favourite items from this box. I love the design of these items and can’t wait to have a complete set. They’re so cool. The candle was a nice addition to my candle and I like how it was randomizer what scent/candle you got. The pocket mirror was cool, but not the most personally useful item to me. I still like the design of it.

I hadn’t heard of the book that was in this month’s box. However, I’m definitely interested in the idea of it and I’m looking forward to eventually getting around to it. I’m definitely behind on my OwlCrate books though. The pin design was neat too.
So that’s what was in the January box. It was a pretty great one!
