I can’t believe another month has come and gone and that here I am doing another TBR post. School is officially out and I officially have a bit more free time than I did before. I’m looking forward to getting in some relaxation and lots of reading.
That being said, I’m going to keep my TBR pretty general this month. I have a lot of books that I want to read and lots of books that I really need to read. I don’t have a lot of thoughts about most of these, so I’m just going to give you a quick overview of my reading plans for July.
- Bear Town by Frederik Backman
- This is Where it Ends by Marieke Nijkamp
These two are on my summer reading list from the school library. I am really excited to read both, and they were chosen out of the stack by my instagram followers as the ones that I should read first.
- In the Woods by Carrie Jones and Steven E. Wendel
- I’m Not Dying With You Tonight by Gilly Segal and Kimberly Jones
- The Turn of the Key by Ruth Ware
These three are my next three NetGalley eARCs to come due. I’m currently reading In the Woods and I like it so far, but I need to finish it ASAP so I can review it and get to the others. The second two come out in August.
- Pride by Ibi Zoboi
Pride is my TBR jar pick. I’m really excited to read it because of it being a Pride and Prejudice retelling, and I have heard excellent things about Ibi Zoboi.
- More Shakespeare
I have been super neglecting my Shakespeare play reading and I’m hoping to get back into it.
So, while that won’t be all I read in July, it’s what I’m hoping to get to. I’m excited to have more time for reading. What are you planning on reading in July. Let me know in the comments below.
